What is The Chart™? This is your own confidential, unique blueprint – the key to my deeper understanding of you. It is a guide for me to ask more insightful questions, and lead me to clues towards finding your PVAs (see below). The Chart™ is cast from personal information gathered from you. Like a thumbprint, no one on the face of this planet’s chart is the same as yours. Your chart reveals a defining moment: an intimate perspective on everything about you – and what makes you tick. Combining The Chart™ analysis, details on your lifestyle, your home wish list, and how you want to feel in your space, we begin the journey. A meta colour palette – colours that affect your energy and well-being – is also derived from The Chart™. I listen, assess, and reimagine. And here’s a simple truth: it’s always a matter of looking inside to find what you need on the outside. Now, let’s Transform Your Living with Your Sacred Space Interiors™!
Your wish(list) is our command! Inspired by all the information from you and The Chart™, an interior design scope is created in collaboration with me. This organizes what will be done in the transformation of your home. We become a team. Communication is key. A new interior design plan is created from this design scope, to execute your new home vision with the perfect elixir of ideas and elements. This plan consists of visual ideas (pictures, drawings, materials), a meta colour plan (a colour palette based on your information), and the how – that is, the various options and steps on how to move forward, such as how to utilize the budget wisely, as well as the kind of renovation/trades team we will need to accomplish your goals. Our plan also includes how to visually incorporate your PVAs, a vital ingredient.

PVA
What is a PVA? A PVA is a Positive Visual Affirmation (my own term) or simply, a neural trigger, to evoke your positive emotions. This is accomplished through either a subtle or a distinctive physical interior design element. Based on my assessment of you through The Chart™ and our communications, I blend this information with my years of design expertise and knowledge to carefully create and incorporate your PVAs into the overall interior design. All the magical design tools – colour, texture, form, shape, space, line, and more are expressed as harmonious elements to elicit what you wish to feel in your space. These details artfully create pleasing neural triggers for your positive psychological and emotional well-being. You will be amazed to find out what design elements tweak your buttons! The results are just short of miraculous.
And now for the fun! Based on your interior design plan, we decide on which magic makers will be needed for the team – contractors, trades, artists, and artisans. We create their schedule. Design sources for products, materials, and supplies are decided upon and all purchases are based on your approval. These include paint, flooring, window treatments, plumbing supplies and fixtures, appliances, lighting, furniture, finishes, textiles, decorative forms, decor, and more. Additionally, custom design pieces such as cabinetry, wall units, and architectural elements are researched, designed, and presented for approval along with all design drawings. With your PVAs in mind, we carefully select the elements. Even the sheen of surfaces can add the right feeling and create an effect. Watch your new design elements unfold with purpose!

The wizarding crew arrives to execute our plan from demolition to completed renovation. Their work will leave you spellbound! Any custom items using special trades, artists, or artisans are to be built in offsite locations and will be set in motion. I oversee my teams both onsite and offsite as project manager, with a keen eye for detail, a supportive positive attitude, and a wicked sense of humour. This is my key to success. It is also my job to keep you comfortable, calm, and confident in our work. You are always informed of the progress and any challenges along the way. Renovations sometimes bring us surprises – needless to say, we always offer you solutions that are creative and cost effective. Bring it on!
